• Top main part of the home is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a great room and a full size kitchen.  To ensure privacy, if you only rent the top floor, we do not rent the downstairs. I.e. only one guest party at a time in the home.
• Only 1 mile from the center of town, shopping, beaches, restaurants.
• Master bedroom has a king bed, master bath has jacuzzi tub, 2nd and 3rd bed have queens....also floor futons for kids.
• Lower level has 4th bedroom with two twins and 5th bedroom with queen plus a family room with Trundle day beds.  Also has laundry area, a full bath and a kitchenette / family wet bar area with extra microwave, blender, sink, coffee pot and full size refrigerator.
• Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, car seats, and umbrella strollers available on request. Beach toys, boogie boards, and swim noodles for older kids. Floor futons and sleeping bags or extra bedding available for small children.
• Lots of Extras provided - beach equipment, cable TV/DVD, Wireless Internet, on site laundry with detergent/fabric softener. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of wares and appliances. Also, your own gas grill for BBQ, Burgers, & Fish. Click here for More Info.
  
• Rates: $179 to $259 / night for the WHOLE HOUSE (5 bed / 3 bath), OR  $129 to $159 / night for the Top Floor Only (3bed / 2 bath - if you rent the top only we will not rent out the bottom to someone else); rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party. Special rates apply for Ironman and Christmas. Please add Hawaii state tax and the one time only cleaning fee of $140.62 (Whole House), OR $93.74 (Top Floor Only).

[We] want to thank you for all your assistance in connection with our recent rental of the house.  We enjoyed all the papayas growing on the site. The house was just as shown in the pictures and it worked out great in terms of sleeping and eating.  Everyone was impressed with the amount of beach gear.  The kids particularly liked the boogie boards and small plastic pails, shovels etc and the snorkel gear, mats and umbrella were unexpected great additions.  All in all, the week went quickly and our 45th anniversary celebration was a big hit will everyone from age 1 1/2 and up!  Mahalo  - Stuart and Reena, OR

We had a wonderful time on the Big Island and the house was perfect!  We could have brought more people with us!!  The "house gecko" was pretty neat, and the birdsong in the mornings blew me away.  We walked [around] downtown, snorkeled, rode horseback into the Waipio Valley.
