Mini-Estate, Large 5/3 home on a double lot with a swimming pool. 4 bedrooms (three with kings, one with two twins) 2 baths upstairs PLUS a large “Cabanna” downstairs guest quarters with Queen bed, extra twin mattresses, 3rd bath, and kitchenette.
Large 32 foot pool for family fun. Sun-deck is perfect for tanning. 15 mile shore line view – watch whales from your lanai. 5 minutes to town, island’s best snorkeling and famous White sands beach park.
Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, car seats, and umbrella strollers available on request. Beach toys, boogie boards, and swim noodles for older kids. Floor futons and sleeping bags or extra bedding available for small children.
Lots of Extras provided - beach equipment, cable TV/DVD, Wireless Internet, two washers plus two dryers with detergent/fabric softener. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of wares and appliances. Your private pool is surrounded by a sun-deck with plenty of lounge chairs; perfect for tans. (Swim toys included.)
Dining + living + kitchen areas look over 15 miles of coast and part of Kailua Bay / Town. The white ‘dot’ between the palm trees is a cruise ship. Sunset views are also spectacular.
Living area has island style furniture and oriental artwork. . .

Your kitchen will be stocked with paper products, filters, seasonings, foil and wax paper, cleaning supplies etc. The kitchen buffet counter is convenient to the dining room area.
Great gas range , lots of pots and pans, coffee grinder, rice cooker, steamer, crock pot, electric skillet. The cabinets are full of cookware, dishes and glasses.
Open area dining, great access to kitchen and ocean views.
Screened kitchen lanai has a 2nd table for the children.
Master bedroom has KING SIZE BED, 2 closets, TV, and a small sitting area.
Master bath has large double sink counter, a shower and separate tub for baths.
Second Bedroom has KING SIZE BED.
Third bedroom with two twins is often used as a kid’s room.
4th Bed has a King Size Bed, TV, and ocean view + pool view.
2nd upstairs bath has large shower.
With seating for up to 12, the “sunset lanai” directly off kitchen is perfect for casual meal. 2 BBQ grills for cook outs.

The house was great. Everyone in our group was very appreciative of how clean it was, their were a lot of supplies. I think the only thing we ran out of was laundry detergent, we just bought some more. The washer and dryers were a great help. The entire family had a wonderful time at the Shogun home. There were so many pluses that may seem small to you but are very helpful to visitors. To name a few: the beach towels, the boogie boards and other water toys, the paper products and plastic bags so we could make sandwiches, the spices, the laundry supplies, the amazing numbers of glasses and plates, the huge piles of bath towels, ice chest…

I am glad to comment on our stay at the Shogun Pool Home. It could not have been better. The house was stocked very nicely… We loved having the pool… Our grandkids loved all the pool toys as well as the beach toys. It was great to have all the equipment there that we needed - beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. It was also great to have some toys in the house for the kids to play with and the high chair and playpens were life savers. We also cooked in a lot and used the BBQ's.
Also something that we didn't expect - there were wild turkeys that went through the yard every day. It was so much fun to see them. We also used the quiet sitting area - just off the back deck by the BBQ's a lot. We told our grandkids it was the secret garden story telling place and they loved it. The two washers and dryers were also great and we were glad to have them - especially after swimming in the ocean.

Our family had a great time during our stay. We found the house very well stocked with all supplies, having the beach chairs to use was a big plus. We enjoyed barbecuing and being able to have everyone together at the dining room table and living area, very roomy. Certainly the price was a plus and so much better than a hotel. Nothing was needed in the kitchen area; it was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. We never found a need we couldn’t resolve with kitchen gear. And we did lots of cooking! The pool was very nice, it was great to beach in the am, come back and sit by pool in afternoon. Also very nice for kids to have a calm place to swim after wave bashing at beach. The home was a great value compared to a hotel: being together, being able to cook dinners, put kids to bed and play cards in the living room, all much better than a hotel. -- Glidewell Family, Seattle Wa, Nov 2009
