This structure dating from 1919 has been a general store in continuous use for most of its existence. Recently, the store was passed on to new owners who have renovated the store with a mind to preserving its history. While there are 21st century items for sale, they also maintain a part of the store with memorabilia and items from the 20th century. The owners are happy to talk story, share a little bit of history about the store, or even share their enthusiasm for Cuban music.
