• Quiet 4 bed 2 bath Pool home with miles of coastline view, located 6 miles North of the center of Kailua-Kona town in an upscale neighborhood.  Close to Kekahakai State Park, Kua Bay, Pine Trees Beach, NEHLA, and more. Three bedrooms with King bed, plus "Cabana" doubles as a 4th bedroom with a full size and a twin daybed.
• Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, car seats, and umbrella strollers available on request. Beach toys, boogie boards, and swim noodles for older kids. Sorry: only babies under 12 months and children children old enough to swim, as we do not have a fence between the swimming pool and the guest quarters. Kids who are old enough should know pool safety.
• Lots of Extras provided - beach equipment, cable TV/DVD, Wireless Internet, on site laundry with detergent/fabric softener. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of wares and appliances. Also, your own gas grill for BBQ, Burgers, & Fish. Click here for More Info.
  
• Rates: $249 - $279/ night. Winter 1-1 to 4-1, $279 - $329 / night. Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party. Different rates apply for Ironman, Christmas. Please add 13.42% Hawaii state tax and the one time only cleaning fee of $151.03.
• Note: Home is on a large 1 acre lot. There is a caretaker’s cottage down the hill on the lower 1/4 acre of the property.  The caretakers are quiet and unobtrusive, but close by in case you need anything.  The pool is only for guest use and is not shared.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at [the Blue Ginger Home].  Everything was awesome.  The beds were very comfortable and all of them had extra pillows.  Two of our teenage boys were too big to share a bed so in the closet was a fold-a-bed for him to use with additional pillows and blankets.
The pool and hot tub were great.  We were asked to cover the pool up every night to keep the heat in and it worked great.  The cover is on a pull string and two of us were able to do that every night in less than 30 seconds.  There was also an abundance of beach towels for us to use.  We would not have had to bring any.
The kitchen was well stocked…  The best part about your house were all the little things that we didn't realize came with it.  Boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach mats, beach towels, coolers…  Everything was wonderful!  We had six teenagers with us who approved of everything so you can be assured it really was great!!  Thanks Again!! We were very impressed with Blue Ginger Pool Home. As you know from our previous emails, we brought four guests from Germany with us. This was their first visit to Hawaii and we wanted everything to be perfect. And, it was!  The home is roomy, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is more than adequately stocked with dishwear, cookwear, cleaning supplies etc.  The four bedrooms and two bathrooms are equally well supplied with towels and linens. We used the wonderful pool and hot tub every day.
