White Sands Beach Home	Right across from this great beach park, awesome waves, and we supply the boogie boards.

Across the street from the beach. CLICK HERE for a map and area info. Across from the beach, this Home + Guest Cottage has a total of 6 bedrooms - each with a King and/or Queen bed. There are also a total of 9 twin / trundle beds in living areas, alcoves, or on sleeping porches; plus, the cottage has a country kitchen with a sofa bed. In addition, there are small floor futons and day cribs available for young children. Two kitchens, plus Two Kitchenettes - all with microwave, coffee maker, blender, foil / plastic bags, plus other supplies & small appliances, cookware, glasses, and dishes. Including the extra fridge in the home's foyer, there are a total of Five Full Size refrigerators. The main home consists of 3 units that are rented together. The units each have their own private entrance from a common foyer in the rear. Upstairs 2/2 has a kitchen and large living area with 2 twin day beds in an alcove. There is also a large 40 ft. lanai with dining area and ocean views. Downstairs units each have a kitchenette and full bath. One unit has a living area with day beds, and both have screened-in sleeping porches with day beds. The guest cottage behind the home has 2 bedrooms, a country kitchen with sleeper sofa, and a living area with a set of trundle day beds. This set-up is Perfect for a group that wants to be together with the amenities of a home, but also wants their own space. There is off-street parking for up to 7 cars. There are 4 Washers + 4 Dryers with laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets provided. There are 3 gas grills for use, including one at the cottage. Also - WiFi, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, ice chests, cable TVs / DVD. Free long distance to the US and Canada from the main home. Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, car seats, and umbrella strollers available on request. Beach toys, boogie boards, and swim noodles for older kids. Rates: $450 - $550 / night. The Whitesands Beach Home is just to the right of the large condo building... down to the end of this beach... and across the street to your front door. If you want close to the beach, this is it.	This is a popular scuba & snorkel entry, only 100 yards to the North of your. A good quiet spot to sunbathe too.

Kitchens have small appliances, foil & wax paper, etc.	Closets have beach + bath towels, extra toilet paper.
3 pairs washer + dryers at the Main Home – we supply the Soap / Fabric Sheets	Washer + Dryer at the Cottage – we supply detergent.  Note the fully stocked bath and beach towel closet.

Thank you for such a great house! The White Sands Beach Home was perfect for our group.  Everybody had their own space for quiet times, and the upstairs was a great gathering place.  Being across from the beach was a big plus for our 9 yr old granddaughter.  We were greatly appreciative of the beach equipment available.  The boogie boards and noodles were used extensively, as were the small cool cans for our picnics.  The extra fridge in the entry hall was a nice touch, and all three washer/dryer units were put to work and did fine.  All supplies were adequate and easy to find (you have plenty of paper towels - Smile).  All in all, we were very pleased with the home and its location.  Everything went very well for us.  I appreciated your frequent contact to check up on how we were doing.  It was fun working with you, though we never had any major problems.  When we get back to BI, will definitely have you in mind.  Mahalo   -- Bill Jirsa, Fresno, CA April 2011

Thanks again for a great stay. We had a ton of fun and the kids loved the snorkel beach, the turtle beach and the wave beach!! Watching the sun go down over the water every night and sitting out on the deck eating dinner are fond memories that we will take back to Australia. For all the houses we have rented on Maui, Kauai, and the BI, your accommodations are the most fun. Over the several years we have stayed, you’ve been a great host and has always made for a memorable experience over the years. We plan to return every year. My adult children loved it.
This is my favorite place to stay on the Kona side. We love the local flavor of beach and boogie boarding across the street .  We love watching the kids doing their boogie board maneuvers all day.
We enjoy our short night walks to Pahoehoe park where we’ve seen everything from impromptu hula practice, to small musical groups, and kids fishing with flashlights out on the reef as well as AA meetings. The home was more than roomy enough for our group...  The ladies especially loved all of the kitchen furnishings and utensils.  The sleeping accomodations were perfectly adequate for us;  the bathrooms too.  There were more than enough towels and wash cloths, plus all the beach towels.  Thanks for providing all the laundry supplies.  The beach across the road was magnificent.  Several mornings there were only a handful of us on the beach or in the water and we regularly saw Honu (sea turtles) there.  Thanks for a wonderful place to stay, and for being a phone call away if we needed anything.  We’ll be back! -- John Tutor,  Lyons  CO  June '10

We loved your place!  We liked it much better than being in a hotel.  The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted.  From dishes and glasses to appliances to paper goods to odds and ends… great!  The White Sands location is terrific.  We loved the proximity to the markets, restaurants, shopping, and the routes out of town.  The lanai is one of my favorite features of the house.  I also really appreciated easy laundry access and supplies, and the neat, well-maintained appearance of the property.  It is a lovely house.  We would love to return some day!  --  Nancy W.,  Bellevue, Nebraska  June 2010

We had a great time and really enjoyed the beach house. It was a very comfortable place to stay and we appreciated all of the little extras. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. For instance, the coffee bean grinder was great since I bought some freshly roasted Kona beans and was able to make a great cup of coffee.
