• Beautiful home at a cool 800 foot elevation in an upscale neighborhood. Swimming Pool, private patio with tables and chairs, partial ocean views.
• Only 5 minutes from the center of Kona town, world class beaches, shopping and restaurants, yet quiet and rural with wild turkeys and lots of song birds.
• Bedroom has Cal. King, queen sleeper sofa and twin bed in living area.
• Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, car seats, and umbrella strollers available on request. Beach toys, boogie boards, and swim noodles for older kids. Floor futons and sleeping bags or extra bedding available for small children.

• Rates: $85 - $99 / night. Winter 1-1 to 4-1, $120 / night. Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party. Different rates apply for Ironman, Christmas. Please add 13.42% Hawaii state tax and the one time only cleaning fee of $62.50.

• Note: this is a downstairs unit in a private home with its own separate entrance and facilities.  The owner, who lives upstairs, is a gentleman retired from Disney and is respectful of guests’ needs for quiet and privacy.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bay Home immensely and the owner was very helpful with things to do and where to go. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends. Aloha, We had a wonderful stay in Kona. The Bay View Pool Home was perfect and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The Owner was very solicitous and provided us with helpful tips on things to see and how best to get there. I really have no suggestions at this time, as we had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. We loved [the] Bay View Pool Home.  The location was central yet quietly out of the way.  The gardens and property were beautifully kept up and the Tiki decor was way fun--that's what attracted us to this property and it did not disappoint.  And lastly, Dug, [who lives upstairs], took great care of us, giving us lots of helpful guidance and generally making us feel very welcome.  I would recommend this vacation home to anybody and it will definitely be our first choice the next time we stay in Kona.
