Aaah the Views bed and breakfast in Kamuela also known as Waimea is a great choice for your vacation, honeymoon, business trip or family reunion. We have taken great care to provide every room with premium amenities to add to your comfort and enjoyment. From the Dream room to the Treetop Suite, you will enjoy complementary WIFI, bathrobes, filtered water, Cable TV with DVD or Video Library, refrigerators, coffee/ tea service, hair dryers, alarm clocks, beach towels, gear and more.

From the spacious streamside Lanai (covered deck), a common area for all rooms, you can enjoy our sumptuous, hosted breakfast, read or nap on the deck sofa, enjoy your lunch or just take in the Hawaiian views throughout the day.
At sunset you can enjoy a drink and watch the stream while the colors change across the open landscape. Blue skies turn to pink around Mauna Kea as the clouds drift by responding to the play of the Hawaiian trade winds.
If you travel with your laptop, our bed and breakfast has wireless internet access, so you can still soak up the magical Kamuela upcountry surroundings even while you check your e-mail!

Big Island Lodging - Suite and Room Rates
DREAM ROOM $165 -185 The Dream room can comfortably accommodate 3 guests.
The spacious room includes a comfortable California King-sized bed and, under a beautiful bay window, lies a single bed in a skylit alcove which directly overlooks the stream! Here you can enjoy star filled night skies through the multiple windows and skylight, then awake to the sounds of nature and the sight of the sun rising behind the dormant volcano of Mauna Kea.
The large modern bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and a wonderful outdoor shower on your own private deck with table and chairs for 'dining in'. The Dream room is a luxurious accommodation. On those occasions when you prefer not to eat out, you can relax on your own deck and dine in. The Dream room is equipped with a refridgerator, coffee maker, kettle and tea service. Waimea also has lots of great restaurants with take out menus ranging from the casual to the gourmet!
Amenities include cable TV/VCR,DVD player, telephone, a CD changer and more. Dont forget to bring your favorite CD's or try some of ours. The Dream room is ideal for Honeymooners or as a romantic interlude, a restful retreat, or a cozy escape into nature with all the comforts and conveniences.

The Treetop Suite is a lovely two bedroom suite with a private deck, private bathroom and stunning views. From this 2 room suite, you have east facing views of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and Hualalai from the Stream room.
From the westerly facing Sunset room, you can enjoy coastal views and magnificent sunsets. The Treetop Suite is a wonderful space whether you are a couple or large family. It can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Hawaii's Kamuela/Waimea Area
Aaah The Views bed and breakfast is located near Parker Ranch next to a seasonal stream with frequent rainbows and a magnificent view of Mauna Kea's summit, across rolling pasture land. We are surrounded by miles of rolling hills and the clean upcountry air of Waimea, just 15 minutes from the sun-kissed Kohala Coast. Our bed and breakfast has large picture windows everywhere. The spacious communal lanai faces the sunrises over Mauna Kea and the frequent rainbows that dance down its very green slopes along with the comforting sounds of our seasonal stream.
From the decks of the Treetop rooms, relax and absorb the colors as the sun sets into the deep blue bay of the Kohala Coast. We are happily nestled in these uplifting Kamuela upcountry surroundings.
Each room offers its own unique set of views which are both peaceful and inspiring. Mauna Loa, Mauna Kea and Hualalai, three of the five shield volcanoes that form this mighty island as well as the Kohala Mountains to the north are all seen from windows on the property.
From almost every bed you can lookout over the stream or up into the star filled night sky. From the decks of the Treetop rooms, you can watch the sun set into the ocean at days end
